This decal was installed at the factory, and no replacement was ever made by Yamaha. There is no part number for this item. It is used on the 1978 Yamaha DT100E. This is a new, reflective, replica, of the factory decal.  The price includes sales tax. If you want additional insurance coverage, contact me before ordering.
