This decal was installed at the factory, and no replacement was ever made by Yamaha. There is no part number for this item. It is used on 4 models: 1973 Yamaha GT1, 1974 Yamaha GT80A, 1975 Yamaha GT80B, & 1976 Yamaha GT80C. This is a new, reflective foil, replica, of the factory decal.  The price includes sales tax.
