My CT1-B has been off the road for a few months waiting for the fork tubes to come back from re-chroming at Philpots.
Yesterday afternoon the tubes arrived and look fantastic, Philpots have done a great job.
Also, waiting on my doorstep yesterday was a pair of tyres for my lastest purchase which my bike delivery chap had advised would be arriving too.
Sure enough, whilst out back fitting my freshly built forks back onto The Greenie, the doppelganger arrived.
Looks to be in good shape and the icing on the cake is after giving the toolbox a tap I hear an exciting dull sound and find the original tool kit in there stored in bag from the National Lead Co. in St. Louis.
Kickstart isn't engaging and gear selection is not right, I did get it into the first four gears and engine turns over and clutch is working.
Will investigate a bit more this week.
Here's the pair of them.
There's no debating it . . . definitely one of the best looking and best preforming Enduro's that Yamaha ever made.
Love the picture, thanks for posting.
