The cylinder will pretty much clean up with a 1st oversize piston set, and .0015" clearance.
I read on another site where you ask a question about running a DT piston in a CT cylinder .... but no one really answered you. Can you either give me the Yamaha part number of your DT piston ... and/or , post a few pictures of it.
I no longer have the piston. I like this website better. I didn't know about this one until recently. I will get a ct3 piston. Should I get a wiseco or oem piston? I need a education on 2 stroke porting to reduce cranking compression ratio! I have only had 4 stroke heads ported. Wife rides this bike also and would like to stay away from a manual compression release for starting as she will forget to use when I'm not here. I would like to make it start like it does now electric wise.How much do you want for the cylinder ? Do you want to port for additional charge? Do you have a bore guy local as I don't have one here?
